The picturesque landscape and varied, change radically in a short distance. The mountains of Serra Tramunta stretch from Cape Formentor up to the area near the island Dragonera, on the west coast, the highest peak being de Puig Major (1455m). This is a protective barrier protecting the island with winds from the north. The coastline of this region consists of steep cliffs drop dramatically into the sea Further east, is the chain of mountains of the Sierra de Levante, which are weaker than the highest peak of Atalaia Morella (562m).

Es Raiguer is part of the large, flat, central plain of Majorca. Here you will find the heart of agriculture of the islands, with thousands of almond trees, vineyards, and orchards carob.

The rest of the area, around the coast, generally consists of gently sloping land leading to sandy beaches and clear water. The coastline is awash with tiny coves and beaches, some of which are accessible only by sea.
